Overview

Built to test the tender document.

A self-contained, general-purpose electro-hydraulic test rig, engineered with safety and user-friendliness as the key design drivers, and built to address every requirement of the governing tender document.

With this test rig, two operators can work independently, each on their own fully self-contained hydraulic system, or the two systems can be combined for a single higher-flow test. Every HS-748 aircraft hydraulic component specified in the tender document can be tested on this one rig.

The rig is developed for Hydraulic Oil MIL-H-5606 or equivalent, matching the fluid specification used in the HS-748 aircraft's own hydraulic systems, and is fitted with a static pressure intensifier for ease of operation at high pressures such as the 5000 PSI static pressure relay requirement.

Two operators, two independent systems, eleven aircraft assemblies — one rig built strictly to the tender document.

On the return line, three lines have been provided per the hydraulic circuit, and all pressure gauges read in both Bar and PSI for unambiguous readouts across metric and imperial test procedures.
