Digital + manual dual measurement. Three ROTAMETERS. Real-time data logging.

Each station carries its own array of pressure gauges, digital indicators and control valves, with an SS drip tray that securely holds test components while preventing fluid contamination and keeping the workspace clean. Electrical power points are provided for actuating test-component solenoids, enabling automated test sequences.

Dual measurement system: Supports both digital and manual measurement for precise flow, cycling, pressure and flushing tests, with instantaneous validation of test results for improved efficiency.

Hydraulic power pack: A robust, high-pressure, low-noise power pack drives both stations. Strategic placement behind a wall is supported to further reduce operational noise and improve workplace comfort.

High-pressure filtration: A 5-micron high-pressure filter keeps hydraulic oil contaminant-free throughout every test cycle, protecting components under test and preventing system failures.

Special feature — oxygen booster: Beyond hydraulic testing, the rig includes an oxygen booster capable of boosting pressure up to 5000 PSI (345 bar) from a minimum inlet of 35±2 bar, with a standby backup booster and 5-micron high-pressure gas filtration for uninterrupted, contamination-free operation.
