Neometrix has developed CNG REGULATOR TEST BENCH for TATA MOTORS, which is used to check various component of CNG filling unit for CNG driven vehicle.
Whole system is divided into three parts:
(a)Air Drive Section :-This section contains An air filter and regulator assembly to supply air for driving of Gas Booster. Air that drives Gas Booster is filtered of order of 5 micron.
(b) Air boosting system:- The medium used is Air which is filtered up to 5 micron, dried by a desiccant drier up to -40° DPT and boosted upto 330 bar by HASKEL Gas Booster.
(c) Boosted Air outlet Section. – This section contains all the safety and Controlling component of the unit along with measuring devices to measure performance parameters of test units.
