Hose Test Bench / Rev 01 / Haskel Air-Driven Pump / Noida · India 2026 · Product Page
Hydraulic Hose Test Bench

Hose burst, leak & elongation testing to 2500 bar.

Tests the strength, safety, and reliability of hydraulic hoses under extreme pressure conditions. An air-actuated Haskel high-pressure pump drives the test hose to up to 2500 bar (36,250 psi) inside a bulletproof glass test chamber, while a laser measurement system and real-time pressure graphs capture leak, elongation, and burst data automatically.

Overview

Built to break hoses on purpose.

The Hose Test Bench is a state-of-the-art solution designed for testing the strength, safety, and reliability of hydraulic hoses under extreme pressure conditions. Built with advanced technology and a focus on durability, the machine simulates real-world operational stresses to ensure components meet stringent quality and performance standards.

Pressure generation is powered by a highly dependable air-actuated Haskel High-Pressure Pump, which generates consistent ultra-high pressure — up to 2500 bar (36,250 PSI) — making it suitable for the most demanding hydraulic hose applications. An integral high-flow electric pump (220 V AC, 1-phase, 50 Hz) prefills each hose once connected inside the test chamber, gravity-fed from a domestic 1″ OD water tap, and discharges into the hose at 150–200 psi before the Haskel pump takes over.

Fully automated test cycles reduce manual effort while ensuring consistent, repeatable and accurate results.

The Main Control Panel combines air and electric circuitry with appropriate stop/start switches and valves. A manually adjustable, automatic-venting safety relief valve guards against accidental over-pressure, and large dial pressure gauges indicate test pressure with adequate clarity. Advanced data logging generates detailed reports with pressure, elongation, and burst values for full traceability.

Architecture

Four systems, one test cycle.

Prefill, pressurize, monitor, vent. Every hose under test moves through the same four sub-systems, each engineered for repeatable, operator-safe high-pressure testing.
