Overview

On-site. High pressure. Self-contained.

Designed to provide on-site high pressure testing wherever you need it — no external utilities, no flame, no spark.

TestPAC High Pressure Testing Unit — Assembly View
Fig · 02 TestPAC assembly — portable stainless steel frame configuration

TestPAC is designed to provide on-site high pressure testing. These units are self-contained and powered by compressed air. They can generate liquid pressure up to 1,00,000 PSI — a complete assembly for testing your particular equipment, with continuous pressure generated by a high pressure pump.

The TestPAC requires no heat, flame, or risk of spark, making it safe for use in sensitive environments including defence, armaments, and military & aircraft facilities. Pump seals are self-lubricated, requiring no external air line lubricator, and the unit is designed for reliable, easy-to-maintain, compact, and robust operation.

Up to 1,00,000 PSI. Compressed air powered. No flame. No spark. On-site.

With a stainless steel frame as standard and a portable configuration, the TestPAC is suited for both fixed facility and field deployment applications. Low voltage electric power is also required for operation.

Key Features

What makes TestPAC different.

Feature · 01

No Heat, Flame, or Spark

The TestPAC produces no heat, flame, or risk of spark during operation, making it safe for use in sensitive and restricted environments.

Spark-Free · Flame-Free · Safe
Feature · 02

Infinitely Variable Cycling Speed

Infinitely variable cycling speed (flow rate) allows precise control of pressurisation rate to suit different test requirements and equipment types.

Variable Flow Rate · Precise Control
Feature · 03

Continuous Stop/Start Operation

No limit or adverse effect to continuous stop/start applications — the unit can be cycled repeatedly without performance degradation.

Continuous Cycling · No Degradation
Feature · 04

Portable Configuration

Designed for on-site deployment with a portable configuration. Take the TestPAC to the equipment rather than moving heavy equipment to a test facility.

Portable · On-Site Testing
Feature · 05

Self-Lubricated Pump Seals

Pump seals are self-lubricated, requiring no external air line lubricator. Reduces maintenance requirements and simplifies on-site operation.

Self-Lubricated · Low Maintenance
Feature · 06

Stainless Steel Frame

Stainless steel frame as standard — robust, corrosion resistant, and suited for industrial and defence environments including field conditions.

SS Frame · Standard · Robust
Feature · 07

High Pressure Storage

Integral high pressure storage allows the unit to maintain and hold pressure for leak testing and sustained hydrostatic test procedures.

Pressure Storage · Sustained Hold
Feature · 08

Snoop / Soap Solution Leak Check

Compatible with Snoop/soap solution for joint leak checking — a simple and effective method for locating leaks at joints and fittings under pressure.

Leak Detection · Joint Check
Feature · 09

Low Voltage Electric Power

Only low voltage electric power is required for operation alongside compressed air, reducing electrical infrastructure requirements at the test site.
