Starter Generator Test Rig: One Rig, Every Aircraft Starter Generator Maintenance depots servicing a mixed fleet face an unglamorous but expensive problem: every aircraft manufacturer’s starter generator has its own flange, its own test recipe, and often its own dedicated…
Ballistic Evaluation Testing Laboratory: Proving a Panel Stops the Round, Repeatably A panel stopping one round proves very little. Certifying body armour is a disciplined sequence — condition the sample, fire a calibrated round at a known velocity and yaw,…
ATF Fuel Pump Test Rig DTSN-82: Qualifying the Pump That Keeps Fuel Injection Fed A centrifugal fuel booster pump has one job that sounds simple and isn’t: keep positive fuel pressure at the inlet of downstream injection components across the…
Firing Training & Tactical Engagement Simulators: Making Every Trigger Press a Record A live round tells you where it went. It doesn’t tell you why. Ammunition is the most expensive teacher in the armoury and the least articulate one —…
Valve Test Rig: Hydrostatic Pressure Testing With Visual Leak Detection to 135 Bar A valve can hold its rated pressure on paper and still leak from a seat that never seals cleanly. Neometrix’s Valve Test Rig is a high-tonnage, hydraulic-based…
Copper Band Press for Ammunition Shell: 1000-Ton, 12-Cylinder Radial Hydraulic Press A shell’s copper driving band isn’t decoration — it’s what engages the rifling inside a gun barrel and imparts the spin that keeps a projectile stable and accurate in…
High Pressure Leak Testing Machine: Four Test Modes Up to 250 Bar Not every component fails the same way, and not every test needs to look for the same thing. Neometrix’s High Pressure Leak Testing Machine is a fully automated…
PLC Controlled Autoclave Pressure Tester: Batch Cyclic Testing to 9,000+ Cycles A component that survives one pressure test tells you very little about what it does on cycle nine thousand. The PLC Controlled Autoclave Pressure Tester exists to answer the…
CNG Vigilant: Automated CNG Circuit Leak Testing System Up to 350 Bar A CNG circuit that leaks a little today is a circuit that leaks more tomorrow — which is exactly why testing it once at end-of-line isn’t optional. CNG…
Rear Cover Hydraulic Test Rig: Functional Testing for Hydraulic Pump and Motor End Caps Calling it a “rear cover” undersells what’s actually being tested. In many hydraulic pumps, motors, and hydrostatic transmissions, the rear cover isn’t just an end-cap sealing…
