Founded in 2003 by an IIT Kanpur mechanical engineering graduate, the company has grown rapidly, establishing itself as a trusted partner in the defence aviation industry. We design and manufacture ground testing equipment and ground support equipment, delivering fully computerized and advanced engineering solutions to our global clientele.

As a complete defence engineering solutions provider based in New Delhi/Noida, we specialize in custom-built, high-technology defence engineering solutions. With a highly skilled team of approximately 100 engineers across mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, software, civil, and aeronautical engineering, we have successfully delivered over 400 engineering systems and projects.

Neometrix works closely with major defence and aerospace organizations, including Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL), the Indian Air Force, Indian Navy, Indian Army, DRDO labs, BARC, NPCIL, and Indian Railways. In addition to serving domestic clients, we export our cutting-edge engineering solutions to Europe, the USA, and other international markets. The company maintains strong ties with IIT Kanpur and other IITs, collaborating on multiple consultancy projects and leveraging academic expertise for innovation in defence engineering.

With an extensive vendor base in Noida/New Delhi (NCR) and complete system integration at our Noida facility, Neometrix operates from a 10,000 sq. ft. modern office facility and a 4,500 sq. ft. factory shed, ensuring seamless execution of projects. Company founded

Neometrix Defence Limited is founded in New Delhi/Noida by an IIT Kanpur mechanical engineering graduate, with a focus on hydraulic and fluid-system test equipment for Indian defence customers.

2005–2010

Early defence partnerships

First test rigs delivered to Indian Air Force and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) programs; the engineering team expands into servo hydraulics and aviation fuel system test benches.

2011–2015

DGAQA & DRDO accreditation

Neometrix earns accreditation from the Directorate General of Aeronautical Quality Assurance (DGAQA) and DRDO, formalising its role as a qualified supplier to India's defence aviation programs.

2016–2019

High-pressure gas & ordnance systems

Product range expands into high-purity oxygen/nitrogen/helium gas systems and ammunition proof-testing machines up to 1,800 Bar, alongside PC-based automation platforms for electronics and electrical test benches.

2020–2022

Export markets open

Cutting-edge test systems begin shipping to customers in Europe, the UK, and the USA, alongside continued growth in domestic supply to the Indian Navy, Indian Army, BARC, NPCIL and Indian Railways.

First bomb shell pressure testing machine

Neometrix delivers its first bomb shell hydraulic pressure testing machine — automated hydrostatic proof testing of artillery shell casings, with digital pressure control and serial-number traceability for every round tested.

Neometrix Defence celebrates two decades as a premier provider of advanced test benches and rigs, having delivered 400+ engineering systems to 230+ customers in 45+ countries.
