First time in India, 70000 RPM Bearing Endurance Test Rig has been designed & manufactured by Neometrix. The Test Rig is fully computerized, complete with FFT Analysers, Vibration Measurements (using accelerometers & proximity sensors). High speed special coupling are installed. The - “HIGH SPEED BEARING ENDURANCE TEST RIG” is developed for measuring the endurance life of the bearings at different RPM and different radial and axial loading conditions. It consists of:-
  • 3-Phase motor with Drive system
  • Gear Box- To rotate the shaft from 0 to 70000 RPM..
  • Bearing Loading fixture- For applying radial and axial load.
  • Bearing Lubrication Power Pack- This system is used for bearing lubrication.
