The Mobile Test Facility (MTF) is a fully self-contained, trailer-mounted propulsion test system capable of evaluating turbo-propulsion units up to 450 kgf thrust across India’s varied environments. Comprising four DOT/ADR-compliant modules—Utility Support, Control Cabin, Engine Test Section, and High-Pressure Compressor—it integrates onboard power generation, climate-controlled operator workspaces, rapid-change engine mounts, comprehensive sensor suites, and high-pressure air supply. With advanced PLC/SCADA control, 4 TB of RAID-5 data storage, remote telemetry, and automated reporting, the MTF delivers turnkey performance mapping, endurance trials, and environmental qualification from –20 °C to +50 °C and sea level to 4,522 m AMSL. Safety is assured via acoustic enclosures, fire suppression, explosion-protected lighting, and full emergency-stop interlocks, while optional modules enable altitude simulation and emissions analysis—making the MTF an ideal solution for rapid in-field engine testing and R&D.

Introduction
The Mobile Test Facility (MTF) is a turnkey, trailer-mounted system engineered for on-site aerodynamic and performance evaluation of small to medium aŌ-burn turbo-propulsion units (up to 450 kgf thrust). Designed for rapid deployment across India’s varied terrains, the MTF enables complete engine health checks, performance mapping, transient response analysis, and environmental qualification without reliance on fixed test-cell infrastructure. Its modular architecture ensures each subsystem—from fuel handling to data acquisition—is road-legal, pre-commissioned, and compliant with DOT/ADR transport regulations.

Modular Trailer Architecture
Utility Support Module (Trailer 1):
• Power Generation: 40 kVA diesel generator set (415 VAC, 3-phase), remote start/stop, integrated shore-power inlet.
• Compressed Air: VFD-driven rotary air compressor (15 kW) supplying shop-air (0–12 bar) for pneumatic actuations and start-assist systems.
