Test PAC Digital is portable, automatic & manual, lightweight hydro testing equipment designed for shop floor and onsite pressure testing. The unit is self-contained and powered by compressed air. The system requires a supply of compressed shop air to power the liquid pump.

A simple adjustment of the air drive pressure regulator setting determines the final output pressure. The pump automatically stalls when the desired hydraulic pressure is attained. When the pump stalls it consumes no further energy and can remain in stall condition indefinitely.

Set the regulator. Pump stalls at target pressure. Holds indefinitely. No energy consumed.

Complete portability makes the Test PAC Digital ideal for work in situ — suited for pressure testing, power clamping, crimping, jacking, pre-stressing, power forming, and pressing.
