Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Producing hydraulic designs from technical specifications
Producing calculations and supporting design documents such as FMEA
Working closely with electrical, software and mechanical design engineers, to produce a well-integrated machine
Creating Bills of Materials for your designs and liaising with purchasing and production personnel
Being involved with assembly, commissioning and testing of new machines – this can involve working abroad or offshore
You'll be a member of our brilliant engineering team, contributing to the design of new cutting-edge products. To be successful in this position, you should have hands-on experience using Auto CAD and Solid Works software 2D & 3D with strong attention to detail and a creative flair.
Meet daily production targets with quality assurance
Inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
Collaborate with product designers, marketing professionals and other engineers Reporting manufacturing/ production progress.
Addressing any bottlenecks or issues within the production.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Tech - Mechanical
Be degree qualified in Hydraulics / mechanical engineering or similar discipline
Have experience in a hydraulic design role, preferably in mobile/subsea equipment or low-volume, high-value machines
Have a practical knowledge of hydraulic components
Have a sound understanding of hydraulic and mechanical engineering principles
Have a flexible approach and a good sense of humour, to work well in a team and customer environment
Min 0-3 years' experience in Core Engineering Industry.
Should understand AUTOCAD drawings, tolerances
Hydraulic Systems experience will be preferred
High Pressure Pneumatic experience will be preferred
Any defence or Aerospace industry experience will be preferred.
Should be energetic & have good English documents reading skills Groomed & energetic personality
